Pursing Victory with Honor
It takes skill and talent to sink that basket---but it requires a dedication to character for young men and women to take what they learn in sports to grow into happy, productive adults. That’s why the New Mexico Activities Association honors student athletes for their sportsmanship on and off the court during the State High School Basketball championships at The Pit in Albuquerque March 11-15. Once again, student athletes will receive “Pursing Victory with Honor” citations and scholarships, and you can get details on this terrific Character Counts program at www.nmact.org.
